Refund Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied within 10 days of receiving our product, we will gladly refund your money or replace the product with one that meets your expectations.

 

1. Return Conditions

 

Return Deadline:

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.

 

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.

 

Required Information for Returns:

Proof of purchase, order number, and product photos.

 

2. Return Process

 

Step 1: Contact Us

Email Zen Charm Art customer service at zencharmart@outlook. com, providing your proof of purchase, order number, product photos, and the reason for your return. Zen Charm Art will respond within 12 hours.

 

Step 2: Ship the Product

After receiving Zen Charm Art return approval, you need to send the returned product within 3 working days.Zen Charm Art will email you a return label with the return address. Additionally, email us at zencharmart@outlook. com with the tracking information once the product has been shipped.

 

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at zencharmart@outlook. com.

 

Please Note:

You are typically responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part,Zen Charm Art will cover the shipping costs.

 

Zen Charm Art

Will Cover Shipping Costs in the Following Cases:


 

1. Product damage or wear caused by violent transportation during shipping.

 

2. Incorrect product shipped by Zen Charm Art, or the product does not match your order.

 

3. Incorrect logistics information provided by Zen Charm Art resulting in a failed delivery.

 

If Zen Charm Art covers the shipping costs, payment will be made through PayPal. You will need to provide proof of freight payment or a receipt to confirm the amount.

 


Zen Charm Art  will communicate the above information with you via email.


 

If there are costs other than shipping, Zen Charm Art will cover them, but you need to send proof of payment for all returns or exchanges to Zen Charm Art's customer service email.

 

Zen Charm Art will respond within 12 hours after receiving your email. When Zen Charm Art agrees to cover these costs, payment will usually be made to you via PayPal within 5 working days.
